Homework assignments
Homework for this class will be assigned in three categories.
The first type of homework will be simple problems that I want you to write out (briefly) on paper and turn in at the beginning of class. I will look them over briefly and give 0, 1, or 2 points for each problem. These are intended to motivate you to read the text ahead of class.
