Assistant Professor of Marketing, Montana State University - Billings, Billings, MT (1994-1995).  Teaching responsibilities include Introduction to Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Research, and faculty sponsor for the Montana State University-Billings Advertising Club (an AAF chapter).

Assistant Dean of Instruction, John Wood Community College, Quincy, IL (1986-1994).  Responsible for the supervision of all faculty, curricula, and budgets in baccalaureate programs (1988-1993) and vocational programs (1986-94).  Also responsible for the writing and administration of state and federal grants.  Twice appointed Acting Dean of Instruction (Chief Academic Officer) in 1986 and 1988.

Director of Business and Industry Programs, John Wood Community College, Quincy, IL (1985-86).  Responsible for the development and administration of all business programs, including chairing the Department of Business and Accounting.  Served as liaison between college and regional business community.

Assistant to the President, John Wood Community College, Quincy, IL (1983-85).  Responsible for institutional marketing, grant writing, and long range planning efforts.  Wrote numerous successful competitive grant proposals (including a U.S. Dept. of Education Title III.) Brought in over $700,000 of new, unmatched grant funds into the institution.

Principal Planner for Economic Development, Western Illinois Regional Council, Macomb, IL (1982-83).  Responsible for the development of a not-for-profit economic development corporation to package SBA loans for small businesses.  Coordinated industrial marketing efforts for a six county region.
